

R&B superstar-turned-minister Reverend Boyce "The Voice" Ballentine was living the high life in Las Vegas at the top of the music charts when he gets the calling to go from soul singer to soul saver. Relocating to St. Louis with his wife, Lolli and his daughter, Lyric to take over the preaching duties in his father's church, his family is not exactly eager to give up the fabulous superstar life for a humble one.
Only being in the ministry for a few weeks, Reverend Boyce Ballantine deals with the ups and downs of his church and family life. Boyce helps his wife Lolli get more customers for her salon. Boyce's daughter Lyric wants to have her sweet sixteen filmed for television.
Aired: 6/20/2012Barton is spending all his time at Boyces house, so Boyce hires him as a senior advisor at the church, but quickly regrets the offer. Lolli thinks Barton needs a woman, and Lyric practices driving with Stamps.
