It's Neil's 40th, but Maxine has more important things on her mind. She needs a third band member, fast. But where do all the MILFs hang out? Unfortunately for Neil, Mickey hasn't forgotten his big day, and he's got a surprise in store.

To Maxine's annoyance, Sweet Gyal find a new manager and a recording contract though she does secure a gig for the revised Variety at the Crown pub. Mickey and Neil turn up to support them and are chatted up by two young women. Mikey convinces Sarah that she is the only one for him but Mel does not want to let Maxine down after a successful appearance by telling her what she has seen in the toilets.
