The Office

Yossi the quiet charming salesman is celebrating his 30th birthday. Dana organizes a small celebration but it conflicts with the trivia game organized by Avi and his good friend Shimi Guetta.

Israel starts a military operation in the Gaza strip, and the entire office is on edge. Yariv arrives on uniform, all proud, and waits for the army to call him to duty. Lea, the religious employee, realizes that Abed, the Arab employee, speaks his native tongue and pressures Avi to forbid him from talking Arabic at times of emergency.

The office goes to a customer service training. Avi overpowers the lecture with his highlights of his failed career as a rock band leader. Dana fights with her boyfriend Lavi, making Yossi, who's secretly in love with her, very happy.

Avi hires a new secretary, particularly so he can hit on her. Yelena, his boss, is outraged. The threat of the branch closing intensifies. Avi invites the office to a local pub, with intentions to come closer to the secretary, but the evening becomes a nightmare.

Abed, the Arab employee, has a secret, so does Regev, the young employee. Both secrets are exposed and the office is shocked. Avi's new secretary sues him for sexual harassment putting his job at risk.

Avi betrays his employees and agrees to closing the branch in return to him being promoted. The atmosphere in the office is rough while Avi buys expensive ties for himself and enjoys every second.

Two employees join the office: Riki, disabled sited in a wheelchair, and Avi, Ehiopian accountant. Avi insults the both of them with a racist joke. Yariv gives the a safety course and insults them even more. Yossi, who is secretly in-love with Dana, is shaken.

Yossi understands that his love for Dana will not come to fulfillment, so he distances himself from her. The employees need to give Avi feedback, and he goes nuts when he realizes the feedback is not positive, he invites Riki and Ababa to a meal on his expense, trying to get closer to them.

Evgeny has a twitter account and his weird tweets become a hit. Yariv tries to compete with him but his tweets are terrible, so Yelena demands that he is fired. Yossi and Shiri get closer making Dana jealous. Avi is invited to give motivation lecture to business people.

An immature computer technician drives everybody crazy. Shiri and Yossi's continues, and Yariv who is also attracted to Shiri is consumed by it. Avi gives a once in a lifetime performance in his lecture and stuns the crowd.

Avi organizes a Purim-shpil with a "Eretz Nehedert" theme, and he is convinced that he is just as good as the original. Yelena is outraged about how the office is neglected and threatens to fire him. Dana fights with Lavi and considers leaving him, Yossi considers how to respond to that.

It's Avi's last days in the office, he hires a young reporter to write a motivation book for businesses. Yelena appoints Yariv to replace Avi, so Avi teaches him how to be tough with the employees. Dana and Yossi get closer.

Avi becomes a travelling salesman selling lame gadgets to offices. Dana and Yossi move in together and decide to leave the office. Yariv, the new boss, takes advantage of the situation: He abuses everyone and takes great joy from it.
